Title: Precious Metal Investments Advisor

Our Geneva branch seeks someone with experience in the financial world and front office operations with HNWI. The role’s main responsibilities include assisting retail and professional clients such as family offices, wealth managers, lawyers, and fiduciaries, with their precious metal investments. We assist them by informing them about our services, product range, and procedures for investing in physical precious metals. The position also requires helping clients with the storage of their precious metals. Clients can store valuables directly with our safe deposit box or custody deposit services. We are a human-sized company with branches in Zurich and Geneva. We have a small size team in Geneva. It means all roles are versatile and all team members are ambassadors of our brand.

Job description

  • Guidance and consulting for physical precious metals investments for private and commercial customers, institutional investors, and businesses
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with wealth managers, lawyers, all financial intermediaries, and customers
  • Comply with AML policies and put in place files necessary to comply with AML policies
  • Assist clients with the renting of safe deposit boxes and access to their safe deposit boxes
  • Assist with the accounting for the safe deposit box rentals (rental fee payment, termination of contract, change of contract)
  • Assist with business development, marketing, networking, as well as administrative and organizational tasks

· Assistance to the management with organizational and administrative matters

Candidate profile

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent)
  • A least 3 years of experience in the financial world in Switzerland
  • Experience in dealing with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and financial professionals
  • You have excellent communication skills, a can-do attitude and proactively take initiatives
  • Good interpersonal skills are essential. Team-oriented and able to work independently
  • Fluent in French and English
