In dieser spannenden Funktion übernehmen Sie vielseitige Aufgaben im Accounting und sind direkt dem Leiter Rechnungswesen unterstellt. Sie führen die Debitoren/Kreditorenbuchhaltung für mehrere Gruppengesellschaften, verbuchen Banktransaktionen und bewirtschaften das Anlagevermögen. Sie arbeiten in Abschlüssen der Finanzbuchhaltung (Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse) mit (oder übernehmen diese selbständig), koordinieren das Tagesgeschäft in der FIBU und übernehmen Aufgaben im Bereich Mehrwertsteuer/VST/Treasury. Weiter sind Sie aktiv in internen Projekten tätig (z.B. Optimierung von Finanz-Prozessen, ERP, Automatisierung Workflows), und übernehmen Reporting Aufgaben (Konzernreporting). Anforderungsprofil
Um in dieser vielseitigen Position erfolgreich zu sein, verfügen Sie über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung sowie über eine relevante Weiterbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen (Sabe Rechnungswesen oder Fachausweis Finanz- und RW). Zudem konnten Sie bereits mehrjährige Praxis in einer vergleichbaren Funktion in der Finanzbuchhaltung (vor allem Debi-/Kreditoren, Bank, Anlagevermögen) sammeln, und bereits Verantwortung in der Erstellung/Mitarbeit von Abschlüssen (Monat/Jahr) übernehmen. Dies idealerweise in grösseren KMU im Handelsumfeld. Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit MS Office (v.a. Excel) sowie ERP/FIBU Systemen (von Vorteil SAP FI (CO)) und kommunizieren stilsicher in Deutsch sowie sehr gut in Englisch. Wenn Sie zudem ein zuverlässiger, gut organisierter Teamplayer mit Freude an Projekttätigkeiten (Digitalisierung, Optimierung workflows etc.) sind, sollten wir uns baldmöglichst kennenlernen.
