Nous recherchons un(e) Manager Projet Développement Produit Montres Joaillères passionné(e) par l'univers des montres et bijoux pour piloter le développement de nouvelles créations. Le candidat retenu aura pour mission d’orchestrer les différentes étapes du processus développement, depuis la conception jusqu'à la mise en marché.

 

Missions 
  • Planifier et suivre les projets de développement produit en assurant leur conformité avec le cahier des charges initial.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes design pour traduire leurs visions créatives en produits manufacturables.
  • Coordonner avec les départements marketing afin d’aligner les objectifs de développement avec les stratégies commerciales.
  • Gérer la communication entre tous les acteurs impliqués (fournisseurs, fabricants, designers, marketeurs).
  • S'assurer que tous les aspects du projet (qualité, coût, délai) sont respectés.
  • Identifier rapidement tout risque ou déviation par rapport au plan initial et proposer des actions correctives adéquates.
  • Manager et développer une équipe de deux Chefs de Projet Développement & un Gemmologue.

 

Profil

Au bénéfice d’un diplôme supérieur dans un domaine pertinent tel que la gestion industrielle, l'ingénierie mécanique ou un équivalent, vous possédez une spécialisation en joaillerie qui est fortement souhaitée. Vous maîtrisez le français tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, et la maîtrise de l'anglais ou de l'italien est également souhaitée.

Vous avez une expérience significative dans la gestion de projets de développement au sein d'une Maison de Haute Joaillerie, ce qui est obligatoire, avec une connaissance de l'horlogerie considérée comme un atout. Vous comprenez en profondeur le processus de fabrication et les techniques utilisées dans la création de haute joaillerie et de bijoux haut-de-gamme, avec une expérience dans le pilotage d'un atelier étant également un avantage.

Vos qualités personnelles incluent d'excellentes capacités organisationnelles, incluant la gestion du temps et la priorisation efficace. Vous possédez un leadership naturel qui vous permet d'animer une équipe multidisciplinaire vers un objectif commun. Vous êtes capable de synthétiser des informations complexes et de résoudre des problèmes efficacement. Dynamisme, rigueur et proactivité sont essentiels, tout comme une curiosité technique.
