BUSINESS & IT TRANSFORMATION  Our client is a business and IT consulting company that supports customers from the financial services, industry and public sector with customized solutions, primarily in German-speaking countries.

For the further development of the Business Design team, we are looking for various qualified advisors in Switzerland: Regulatory & Risk Expert YOUR CHALLENGE You advise clients on the interpretation and implementation of international standards and regulatory requirements in the field of sustainable finance (e.g.


TCFD, SFDR, EU Taxonomy, Mi FID II).


You support clients in the implementation of new regulatory requirements in internal policies, guidelines and processes (e.g., consultation process).


You review and adapt current governance structures to meet new sustainability requirements.


You develop initiatives to promote a more sustainable corporate culture.


You integrate ESG risks into the risk framework, risk management processes and reporting.


YOUR PROFILE You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree (e.g.


law, public policy, finance) or at least 5 years of work experience (risk, compliance, legal department).


You have experience in managing ESG transformation projects in the financial industry.


You have good knowledge of the EU Action Plan and its implementation.


You have management experience in wealth management and/or asset management.


Know-how in risk management, risk management processes and regulatory reporting requirements.


You understand banking and investment products (discretionary and advisory business, funds, asset classes).


You have an aptitude for digitization and an interest in customer service through to IT solutions.


Additional education/certifications in sustainable finance is a great advantage.


You're fluent in English, German, French or Italian is an advantage.
