Local Sap Data Migration Lead

Jobdescription Are you a seasoned SAP Data Migration specialist with experience in local projects? Have you successfully contributed to end-to-end SAP data migration projects, possessing comprehensive knowledge of SAP modules and associated data migration tools? Tasks & Responsibilities: Leads end-to-end data migration activities, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data transferred from legacy systems to SAP platforms.
Proactively identifies and mitigates risks associated with data migration, maintaining data quality and governance standards.
Supports high level and detailed design workshops for data migration -gathering business data requirements and value mapping Follows ASPIRE Data Migration Strategy and provides guidance to migration teams in terms of methodology training e.g.
cleansing and other business related activities Accountable for overall business data migration activities planning, risks and issue management, communications and senior management escalation Ensures tracking of business deliverables and accountable for business readiness and business data quality Tracks and monitors continuity of Data Cleansing activities together with the business teams with corresponding reporting Guides the involved Team members before/during/after cleansing activities Supports Cutover Lead to ensure data migration activities aligned Ensures compliance with data protection and privacy regulations relevant to the organization Your profile: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP data migration/data clean-up activities, preferably in Pharma/healthcare industryProven experience leading E2 E SAP data migration projects, with in-depth knowledge of SAP modules and associated data migration toolsStrong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk managementCompetency to understand S/4 Data Structures, setup in various SAP Modules , MDGKnowledge on design, implementation of data mapping, transformation, and validation processes using data migration toolsetsStrong knowledge with Material, Customer, and Vendor Master Data objects and conversionsAbility to conduct and facilitate workshops with business representatives, team membersKnowledge of Gx P and CSVCoaching/supporting teamsSAP or 3 rd party data migration toolsetsProject Management tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Solman..)Presentation, reporting , office appsEnglish fluent (written/spoken).
