Zum Ausbau des Geschäftsbereichs «Equity Investments» suchen wir für unsere Kundin eine engagierte, dynamische und aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit als Head of Real Estate Direct Investments Ihre Tätigkeiten: Führung eines Teams von 3-4 Mitarbeitenden im Bereich Equity Investment Sourcing von Suchmandaten, Immobilienobjekten und Projekten über das eigene sowie das Firmennetzwerk Durchführung umfassender Due-Diligence-Prüfungen für direkte Immobilieninvestitionen, inklusive Analyse von Markt, Standort, rechtlichen und finanziellen Aspekten Erfolgsorientierte Verhandlungsführung sowie Akquisition und Abwicklung von Immobilien-Direktanlagen Phasengerechte Prüfung und Triage von Investitionsmöglichkeiten Erstellung von Investitionsdossiers und Präsentationen für potenzielle Investoren Aktive Teilnahme an Netzwerkevents und Ausbau weiterer Beziehungen Was Sie mitbringen: Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung und praktische Erfahrung in der Personalführung Fundierte Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung im Immobilien-Investmentmanagement (Buy- oder Sell-Side) Abschluss als Eidg.
Dipl.
