The Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Planner is a key role within the organization responsible for supporting and overseeing the S&OP process, which involves aligning sales, marketing, production, and supply chain operations to ensure that the company meets its demand and supply goals. This role will be based out of our Lucerne, Switzerland office.
Key Responsibilities: S&OP Management:- Support the creation of the S&OP process, ensuring it is effectively executed and aligned with the company's business goals and strategies.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, production, and supply chain teams to gather input and insights, ensuring that all departments are aligned with the S&OP plan..
- Ensure the systems are connected and enabling an effective review and decision- making process.
- Manage the supply planning process to ensure that the production and inventory levels align with forecasted demand while optimizing resource allocation..
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to balance supply and demand, ensuring optimal inventory turns and minimizing excess or obsolete stock.
- Oversee the demand forecasting process to accurately predict customer demand and ensure that the organization can meet these demands efficiently.
