Zur Erweiterung unserer Teams in Zürich suchen wir erfahrene Senior Project Manager (m/w/d), die Spaß an der Steuerung komplexer Hochbauprojekte haben und sich gerne in einem internationalen Arbeitsumfeld bewegen:

  • Als Teil eines Projektteams beraten Sie unsere namhaften und internationalen Auftraggeber bei der erfolgreichen Realisierung spannender Neu- und Umbauprojekte wie Büro- oder Geschäftsgebäude.
  • Sie steuern Projekte unterschiedlicher Größe und Komplexität; hierzu gehört u.a. die Projektorganisation, die Projektzielsetzung, die Projektsteuerung, die Terminplanung, die Dokumentation des Projektfortschrittes, sowie die Leitung und Förderung des Projektteams.
  • Hierbei behalten Sie die Kosten, Termine und Qualitäten im Blick und übernehmen die Projektabrechnung und Prozessverbesserung.
  • In Einklang mit dem Vergabe-, Bauvertrags- und Honorarrecht sowie dem Cost Management und der Bauablaufplanung erarbeiten Sie optimale und individuelle Lösungen für und mit unseren Kunden.
  • Sie übernehmen die aktive Führungsrolle im Austausch mit dem Kunden. Als Ansprechpartner und Berater fördern Sie eine gute und strukturierte Kommunikation mit den kundeninternen Fachbereichen und den externen Planungsteams während der gesamten Projektlaufzeit.
Qualifications

  • Sie haben ein immobilienbezogenes oder technisches Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Architektur, o.ä. erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Sie verfügen über 7-10 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement bzw. in der Projektsteuerung für komplexe Hochbauprojekte.
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, sowie die Fähigkeit zu analytischem und vernetztem Denken zeichnet sie aus.
  • Sie bringen hervorragende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in deutscher und englischer Sprache mit und haben Spaß daran, in multikulturellen Teams zu arbeiten.
  • Sie verfügen über eine gesunde Mischung aus Durchsetzungs- und Einfühlungsvermögen, Zielstrebigkeit und Teamorientierung und arbeiten selbstständig, detailliert und sorgfältig.
