Redstone Commodity Search is working with an international agribusiness group looking to hire a Senior Green Coffee Trader for their office in Zug. Key Responsibilities Source and purchase green coffee from global producers, cooperatives, and exporters. Manage and optimise the P&L of an independent trading book, including pricing and hedging strategies. Develop new business opportunities and strengthen the company’s footprint in the European / German coffee market. Build and maintain long-term partnerships with roasters, importers, and institutional clients. Collaborate with origin and quality teams to deliver innovative, high‑quality coffee products. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related discipline (Master’s or MBA preferred). 3–7 years of experience in coffee trading or other agricultural soft commodities. Strong knowledge of global coffee markets, pricing mechanisms, and trading platforms. Proven skills in risk management, hedging, and use of futures/options.
