Nous recherchons précisément ton profil pour rejoindre notre équipe commerciale Ce que tu peux accomplir : Tu auras l’opportunité d’enthousiasmer les entreprises en Suisse Romande avec le portefeuille de solutions de HR Campus et de transformer des clients potentiels ou existants en véritables fans. Tu es responsable de l’ensemble du cycle de vente, du premier contact client à la négociation et à la conclusion du contrat, en passant par l’analyse des besoins et la présentation des solutions (démo). Tu prépares des offres pour nos clients en collaboration avec des experts produits. Tu développes des activités de vente conjointement avec le marketing et le Head of Romandie Tu représentes notre entreprise lors d’événements (salons, conférences, etc.). C’est ainsi que tu nous rendras heureux Tu as un diplôme universitaire ou d’une haute école spécialisée, ou une formation en vente? Tu disposes d’au moins 3 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans la vente de logiciels (idéalement dans le domaine des RH) ? Tu es un véritable vendeur avec charisme et une énergie communicative ? Tu es une personne dotée d’excellentes compétences en communication, capable de s’imposer et d’assumer des responsabilités ? Tu maîtrises parfaitement le français (oral et écrit) et tu parles couramment l’allemand et l’anglais ? Tu es impatient de te rendre régulièrement à notre siège à Dübendorf pour passer du temps avec les autres collaborateur-trices de HR Campus ?
