EMEA Recruitment is working with a transforming manufacturing business in its search for a Plant Controller to be based on site at the plant.
Joining this innovative business, you’ll work in a standalone role on site liaising with head office.
The successful applicant will have strong experience in Plant Controlling within manufacturing, speak fluent German, and be able to work in a fluid and fast-paced environment.
Duties of the Plant Controller will include:
- Manage product cost accounting, standard cost accounting
- Maintain and build strong working relationships across all departments
- Prepare and provide monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Review and implement new processes within Controlling
- Ensure compliance standards are adhered to
Essential requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting
- Minimum of 4 years working in manufacturing within Plant Controlling
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of SAP
- Strong Excel skills
