While the role is fully remote within Switzerland, residence in the country is mandatory.As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will report directly to the CTO and work within a small team of five engineers. You will design, build and maintain scalable applications that power a next-generation private equity platform. Your role spans frontend and backend development, containerised deployments, and continuous delivery.You WillDevelop and maintain web applications using React.js, TypeScript, Redux and Material-UIBuild backend services with Node.js, WebSockets and APIs, using MongoDB and PostgreSQLDeploy applications with Docker, Kubernetes and OpenShiftImplement CI/CD pipelines with GitLabCollaborate with engineers, product and design teams to deliver high-quality featuresThe ideal candidate brings at least three years’ experience in full-stack development and thrives in agile, start-up environments. You are confident across modern JavaScript/TypeScript, React and Node.js, and have solid database knowledge. Experience with containerisation and cloud-native deployments will be highly valued.You HaveProven skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js and Node.jsExperience with MongoDB (Mongoose) and PostgreSQLFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testingHands-on experience with Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes/OpenShiftStrong communication skills in English and ability to work in small, cross-functional teamsIf you are a Full-Stack Software Engineer based in Switzerland and eager to contribute to an ambitious fintech start-up, we would like to hear from you.
