La division Technology & Operations assure la conception et l’intégration d’une grande diversité de solutions informatiques allant des systèmes de gestion de portefeuille aux plateformes de trading en passant par les applications bancaires et les outils de gestion d’entreprise. A l’origine de quelques-unes des plus grandes innovations du Groupe, la division est également responsable du bon fonctionnement opérationnel ainsi que du développement des services de banque dépositaire et d’administration de fonds.
Si vous êtes intéressé/e par la transformation de nos plateformes de messagerie et de visioconférence sous Microsoft 365 au sein d’une entreprise financière internationale, présente dans plus de 30 villes à travers le monde, nous recherchons un/e ingénieur/e en logiciels de collaboration pour renforcer le service Network, Security & Communication .
Vous rejoindrez une équipe dynamique, basée à Genève, et serez responsable de définir l’évolution, le déploiement des plateformes de messagerie et de collaboration, tout en assurant la gestion des solutions actuelles.
Votre rôle
- Concevoir et implémenter les solutions de messagerie et de collaboration Microsoft On-Premise et M365 (Exchange, Sharepoint, Purview) en s’appuyant sur les solutions d’automatisation «as code».
- Collaborer étroitement avec les différentes équipes techniques et métier en tant que référent/e technique pour les infrastructures et produits sous responsabilité.
- Contribuer à l’augmentation du niveau d’automatisation et promouvoir les meilleures pratiques dans la culture DevOps.
- Gérer la relation et le suivi avec les fournisseurs externes des solutions en tant que responsable produit.
- Rédiger la documentation technique, transmettre les connaissances et compétences aux équipes de production et de support de niveaux 1 et 2.
- Assurer le support, en équipe, et le service de piquet.
Votre profil
- Bachelor, master ou titre jugé équivalent.
- Expérience ou intérêt marqué pour les technologies Microsoft M365, dont Purview et Azure AD.
- Expérience dans l’implémentation de solutions avec une approche DevOps.
- Compétences dans les outils de sécurisation de messagerie (outils anti-spam, filtrage).
- Expérience au niveau de l’infrastructure IT, avec une bonne compréhension de ses fondations (réseau, sécurité).
- Compétences avérées en scripting Powershell.
- Expérience dans les outils de management d’infrastructure (Puppet, Logstash, Rundeck notamment).
- Excellent contact client et sens de la communication.
- Esprit d’analyse, aisance relationnelle et solide esprit d’équipe.
- Français et anglais parlés et écrits.
- Domicile en Suisse requis ou volonté de s'y établir.
