The Global Tax Reporting Function is already harmonized and centralized globally (both system-wise and organisationally), offering the same products and services to all client groups across all booking centres. This is in line with the Julius Baer global brand, under which all clients should benefit from the same experience independently of where their assets are booked in the Julius Baer universe.

In addition, a number of client regulatory reports (QI/FATCA/CRS) have to be submitted to different bodies. This is also performed centrally for all booking centres. It is paramount to stay up to date with the applicable rules and regulations in order to perform this function correctly and efficiently.

YOUR CHALLENGE

  1. Lead the product evolution in all aspects for Global Tax Reporting as a Business Product Manager: Accountable for the product across its lifecycle (CtB and RtB).

  2. Working with stakeholders (including front representatives and end clients), translate business strategy into a product strategy with associated goals, roadmap and backlog items.

  3. Own the outcomes and impact of the product and commercial success.

  4. Execute product strategy and own the product roadmap: Prioritize requirements according to business value.

  5. Define Epics and Objectives jointly with the key stakeholders.

  6. Jointly with the POs, define Initiatives and Key Results.

  7. Drive value delivered compared to the agreed OKRs/KPIs and take corrective action with the other members of the leadership and other stakeholders as necessary.

  8. Stay up-to-date and provide information to stakeholders on the product and market: insights on key differentiators, product comparisons, competitor analysis and user stories.

  9. Responsible to ensure compliance with the Bank’s rules and regulations.

  10. Represent the Global Client Reporting product in front of the leadership groups.

  11. Responsible for the implementation, optimization and maintenance of a cost-efficient and growth-oriented production setup.

YOUR PROFILE

  1. University/FH Degree in Business Administration or other relevant higher education.

  2. Several years of hands-on experience working on a product team, preferably with direct experience as a product manager, product owner, or equivalent. Agile certification is an asset.

  3. Extensive experience in Tax Reporting (for clients) processes and solutions.

  4. Proven ability to manage a topic across functions and regions.

  5. Demonstrated data-driven decision making.

  6. Flexible and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  7. Fluency in English is a must; German language skills would be a clear advantage.

  8. Strategic and far-sighted: Ability to be innovative, creative, and think "outside the box".

  9. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
