We are looking for fresh ideas, curious minds and passionate individuals ready to make a difference. Our internships generally last 6 months and you will be fully embedded in a team.

  1. Start date: September 1st
  2. Duration: 6 months
  3. Prerequisite: Interest in area relevant to the internship, passion for On, right to work in Switzerland
  4. Note: This is a paid internship

Your Mission

  1. Work within the team lead to transform customs operations by focusing on the automation of key processes.
  2. Assist in the development and implementation of a tariff classification tool to ensure accurate and efficient product classification.
  3. Contribute to the automation of preferential trade agreement management, helping to maximize duty savings and compliance with trade regulations.
  4. Support the creation and management of a manufacturer/origin management tool to streamline the tracking and verification of product origins.
  5. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to identify and resolve issues related to the new customs tools, ensuring smooth integration and operation.
  6. Engage in data analysis and reporting to monitor the performance of the automated tools and identify opportunities for further optimization and improvement.

Your Story

  1. Current enrolment in or recent graduation from a relevant degree program in international law, international economics, supply chain management, international trade, customs or a related field.
  2. Passion for transforming customs operations through innovative tech solutions.
  3. Solid understanding of tariff classification, preferential trade agreements, and manufacturer/origin management.
  4. Strong analytical skills with a knack for data analysis and reporting.
  5. Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to solve complex issues.
  6. Proficiency in automation tools and software for streamlining customs processes.
  7. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English.
  8. Eagerness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities efficiently.

This multicultural team, strategically located across Zurich, Vietnam, and the USA, embodies resilience, agility, and collaboration, thriving on diverse skills to enhance customs processes.
