• Provide administrative support to the corporate clients’ onboarding team
• Responsible for the team’s mailbox
• Handle client’s account modification requests (e.g. change of authorized signatories, controlling persons, directors, address, etc.)
• Preparation and filing of clients’ files
• Perform online due diligence (e.g. screening tools, Google searches)
• Support and advise other teams
• Contribute to drafting internal memos and procedures
• Possibility to handle corporate account opening applications from AML, cross-border, and tax compliance perspectives

• Good knowledge of banking documentation
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial industry in a similar role
• Bachelor or Master in Laws or in Economics
• Eager to learn and ready to take on challenges
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Analytical and methodological approach
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Excellent command of English and French
• Strong team player who enjoys working in a multicultural, dynamic, technological, and international environment
