Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erste Ansprechpartnerin für externe und interne Drittpersonen weltweit
  • Administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung
  • Protokollierung der Board Meetings
  • Koordination Pendenzen Management
  • Stellvertretung Executive Assistant GL Mitglied
  • Recherche und Aufbereitung von Präsentationen sowie Finanzreports
  • Organisation von Meetings / Workshops und weltweiten Boardmeetings
  • Qualitätsverantwortung CEO Office Prozesse

Ihr Profil

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie Weiterbildung zur eidg. Direktionsassistentin mit Fachausweis
  • Muttersprache: Deutsch
  • Englisch: Verhandlungssicher
  • MS-Office: Sehr gute Kenntnisse
  • Hohe interkulturelle Sozialkompetenz sowie Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Humorvolles, empathisches und professionelles Auftreten
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Organisationstalent in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • Guter Netzwerker – problemlösungsorientiert – hands-on
  • Effektive und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Hilfsbereiter und zuverlässiger Teamplayer
