Dein Aufgabengebiet:

  • Du setzt dich intensiv mit den fachlichen und technischen Anforderungen an die Applikationslandschaft auseinander und bringst dabei originelle und zukunftsorientierte Lösungsansätze aktiv ein.
  • Deine Empfehlungen basieren auf einer genauen Analyse der Datenflüsse zwischen verschiedenen Systemen, um einen störungsfreien Ablauf der Geschäftsprozesse zu gewährleisten.
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Lead-Architekten entwickelst und verfeinerst du innovative Strategien, die den gesamten Architekturprozess voranbringen.
  • Während der Umsetzungsphase sorgst du gemeinsam mit allen relevanten Beteiligten für eine strukturierte und reibungslose Koordination der definierten Projektetappen.

Dein Profil:

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation durch fundierte Berufserfahrung mit ergänzender Weiterbildung.
  • Umfangreiche praktische Erfahrung in der Rolle eines Solution Architects oder im SAP HCM-/SuccessFactors-Umfeld.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch sowie solide Englischkenntnisse, um effektiv kommunizieren zu können.
  • Ein tiefes Verständnis für die Konzeption und Architektur von Applikationen, idealerweise im Bereich HCM/SuccessFactors, mit besonderem Augenmerk auf die Einhaltung von Enterprise-Standards.
  • Du schätzt es, eigenständig zu arbeiten, Verantwortung für deine Themen zu übernehmen und kreative Freiräume effektiv zu nutzen.
  • Der Austausch mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen ist dir wichtig, und ein gemeinsamer Apéro ist für dich ein angenehmer Ausklang des Arbeitstages.
  • Zusätzliche Erfahrung mit der SAP Cloud Platform Integration ist ein willkommener Vorteil.
