About Our Client Our client is a well-established, global advisory and fiduciary services firm with a strong presence in Zurich. The company serves high-net-worth individuals, families, and corporates through tailor-made trust, corporate, and governance solutions. With a focus on entrepreneurship, long-term client relationships and cross-border structuring, the firm offers a dynamic, international environment with flat hierarchies and a strong internal support network. Job Description Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities in the trust, fiduciary, and corporate services space Actively leverage your existing network in Switzerland and international markets (e.g. LATAM, Eastern Europe) Manage the full sales cycle - from initial outreach and proposal through to onboarding in close collaboration with internal legal, tax and client service teams Maintain a high level of technical understanding regarding international structuring, trusts, foundations, and regulated entities Represent the firm externally at events, client meetings, and in intermediary networks The Successful Applicant Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a business development or client-facing leadership role within a trust, fiduciary or corporate services firm Established network of contacts of potential clients (e.g. LATAM, Eastern European etc.) Entrepreneurial mindset, hands‑on approach, and ability to work independently within a regulated environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative sales style Fluent in English; German or other languages are a strong advantage What's on Offer Strategic and high-impact role with autonomy and room to grow Opportunity to join a reputable, internationally positioned firm with strong brand recognition Investment in your continued education and professional development after the first year Collaborative, supportive team environment with global reach Performance‑based incentive structure aligned with individual contribution #J-18808-Ljbffr
