Aqua Swim Academy is a premier bi-lingual swim lesson provider in Geneva, Lausanne and Montreux, Switzerland. We focus on survival and stroke-based lessons for infants, toddlers, children, teens, and adults of all abilities, including those with special needs. Our mission is "Survival First," aiming to prevent drowning incidents in young children.

Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Swim Instructor at Aqua Swim Academy. The Swim Instructor will be responsible for providing swim lessons following our methodology, focusing on safety, fun, and skill development. The role involves teaching swimming techniques, providing aquatics instruction, and ensuring the safety of all swimmers.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English/French), other languages a plus
  • Experience in Swimming and Aquatics
  • Lifeguarding certification
  • Ability to work well with children and adults of all abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • BLS AED Brevet Pool Plus/Pro
  • Experience in teaching individuals with special needs is a plus
  • Knowledge of water safety practice
