For one of our prestigious clients, a growing pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a QA Supplier Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out supplier audits (on site / remote / self-assessment) in accordance with the established audit plan.
  • Follow-up of supplier audit actions.
  • Change management for the introduction of new suppliers / new materials.
  • Management of supplier deviations.
  • Follow-up and evaluation of change notifications received from suppliers.
  • Drafting and monitoring QTA approvals.
  • Vendor categorisation.
  • Review, maintenance and simplification of the supplier management process.
  • Supplier monitoring.
  • Preparation of KPIs for the Quality Management Review.
  • Regular communication on the progress of Supplier activities.
  • Presentation of the process during inspections.
  • Management of site compliance (Regulatory surveillance).

Your profile:

  • More than 5 years of auditing in a GMP environment (mainly supplier and as lead auditor).
  • Experience in supplier management.
  • Languages: English and French (fluent).
  • Lead auditor certification a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
