Business Development Manager with German and English Kazakstan Xometry (NASDAQ: XMTR) powers the industries of today and tomorrow by connecting the people with big ideas to the manufacturers who can bring them to life. Xometry’s digital marketplace gives manufacturers the critical resources they need to grow their business while also making it easy for buyers at Fortune 1000 companies to tap into global manufacturing capacity. We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will strengthen our DACH Sales team, support our growth and play an active role in our company's business development. This position will take full responsibility for sales and customer relationship for a specific region. Goals: The main goal is to contribute to the company’s strong growth by developing new business opportunities and ensuring a steady sales pipeline Represent the company to customers through professional communication with small and medium-sized businesses in industries such as mechanical engineering, robotics, infrastructure, furniture manufacturing, and others Apply professional learned expertise in customer communication to achieve a high level of satisfaction with the services provided Meet individual performance goals with own acquired opportunities and assigned pools of customers to unlock new opportunities Responsibilities: Develop and expand the regular customer base through both proactive customer acquisition and inbound customer leads Achieve established sales plans and KPIs Handle incoming requests promptly and with high quality Maintain effective communication with customers via calls, emails, online meetings, and messengers Ensure accurate and high-quality maintenance of the CRM system (Salesforce). Assist customers in using their personal accounts, submitting requests, and placing orders Monitor and control payments Requirements: First experiences in salesStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, sell effectively, and achieve results Proficiency in German (required) and good knowledge of English for internal communication Ability to negotiate and correspond fluently and professionally in foreign languages Technical mindset, with the ability to quickly understand product specifics Experience of living abroad (preferred) High level of responsibility, determination, and flexibility Social intelligence, empathy, and a friendly approach to communication Conditions: Transparent incentive system: base salary + commission (unlimited) Corporate Laptop Corporate IP telephony Full time remote job - from time to time team meetings in person Service Agreement Team spirit and friendly atmosphere: we work in an open, friendly and trusting environment that welcomes initiative.
