Tes responsabilités

  • Tu diriges les initiatives du calendrier commercial et assures la cohérence des activités de Marketing Food.
  • Tu pilotes l’ensemble des activités Food (Retro planning & Overview Timing).
  • Tu mènes des initiatives du lancement au débriefing, en garantissant le respect de toutes les étapes clés.
  • Tu collabores étroitement avec les équipes Marketing Non-Food, CRM, RP et autres parties prenantes pour aligner les stratégies marketing.
  • Tu gères les briefings pertinents pour la content factory, les agences et le merchandising visuel, y compris la révision des briefings promotionnels.
  • Tu organises la production des supports, les processus de pré- et post-production, y compris PPM, retouche et sélection de contenu.
  • Tu prépares, examines et valides les plans médias pour les initiatives alimentaires.
  • Tu prends l'entière responsabilité des promotions à court terme et veilles à leur exécution cohérente.
  • Tu supervises le budget du marketing Food, en assurant son alignement avec les objectifs de la direction.
  • Tu analyses les résultats des campagnes et recommandes des améliorations pour les futures initiatives.
  • Tu encadres les chefs de projet, leur apportes du mentorat et soutiens leur développement.
Ton profil
  • Tu es titulaire d'un diplôme en marketing ou as suivi un programme d'apprentissage en marketing.
  • Tu as au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de marketing ou en tant que chef de projet.
  • Tu es un leader fort avec une vision claire.
  • Tu as une bonne compréhension des outils de marketing digital (ex. Google Analytics).
  • Tu possèdes des compétences analytiques et conceptuelles pour évaluer les résultats et les améliorer au fil du temps.
  • Tu excelles dans la gestion des délais et sais escalader rapidement les problèmes rencontrés.
  • Tu t'adaptes facilement à de nouveaux contextes, travailles efficacement sous pression et gères plusieurs priorités simultanément.
  • Tu as de solides compétences en collaboration et travailles bien avec des équipes multifonctionnelles.
  • Tu es passionné(e) par la distribution et/ou les biens de consommation.
  • Tu maîtrises le français et l’anglais. L’allemand est un plus.
