Depuis plus de 60 ans, le Groupe Ofac est synonyme d’évolution et de professionnalisme. Une majorité des pharmacies en Suisse utilisent un ou plusieurs produits du groupe quotidiennement. Le Groupe Ofac est un acteur essentiel du monde de la santé de par la qualité de ses produits et sa réactivité à proposer des solutions innovantes pour répondre aux défis majeurs de ce monde en perpétuelle évolution. C’est notamment pour permettre aux pharmacies d’appréhender ces mutations dans les meilleures conditions que le Groupe Ofac a lancé Abilis, une plateforme-santé digitale sécurisée, destinée à tous les professionnels de la santé ainsi qu’au grand public.

Type de contrat: 80-100% | Neuenegg ou Zurich

Responsabilités:
  • Au bénéfice d’une expérience réussie dans le domaine de la pharmacie d’officine, vous êtes capable de comprendre et analyser les besoins des clients, voire des autres acteurs du domaine, et de leur apporter des solutions innovantes, notamment en matière d’engagement et d’adoption de services de santé digitale.
  • Communicateur reconnu, dynamique et polyvalent, vous êtes doté d’excellentes compétences relationnelles aussi bien avec la clientèle qu’avec vos interlocuteurs internes.
  • Vous gérez le développement des prestations de santé digitale proposées aux pharmacies/drogueries, en tenant compte de la roadmap commerciale de l’ensemble des produits et services.
  • Vous recensez les besoins des clients, les priorisez et les intégrez au planning de développement.
  • Vous êtes garant du lancement du produit sur le marché.
  • Vous procédez à des études de coûts et rentabilité.
  • Vous collaborez étroitement avec les Business Analysts/l’équipe de développement, ainsi que l’équipe Marketing.
  • Vous représentez le Groupe Ofac lors des évènements externes.
  • Vous formez les équipes internes sur les nouveautés (conseillers de vente, service clients, marketing).
Qualifications:
  • Formation dans le domaine de la pharmacie et/ou gestion de projets.
  • Expérience dans le domaine de la pharmacie (officine, gestion des soins, vente de médicaments, etc.).
  • Bonnes connaissances du domaine de la santé digitale, un atout.
  • Bilingue suisse-allemand (allemand)/français.
  • Esprit d’équipe, bonne écoute, et capacité à travailler de manière autonome.
  • Excellent sens de l’initiative et force de proposition auprès de la clientèle.
  • Grande flexibilité et bonne gestion du stress et des priorités.
