Join us as a Recruitment Executive Intern, where you will play a crucial role in identifying top talent, managing recruitment processes, and contributing creative ideas to enhance hiring outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with company goals.
- Utilize various recruitment channels (job boards, social media, networking) to attract top talent.
- Review resumes and applications, and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications.
- Schedule and conduct detailed interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Work closely with hiring managers to make well-informed hiring decisions.
- Prepare and extend job offers while negotiating terms and managing counter-offers.
- Foster strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and priorities.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and HR principles is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn about recruitment tools.
- Ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate effectively in remote team settings.
- Available to dedicate 10 hours per week, ensuring active participation from Monday to Friday.
- Capable of contributing creative ideas to enhance processes and outcomes.
