Experis, per conto di un nostro cliente leader nell'innovazione tecnologica, è alla ricerca di un Hardware Design Engineer. La risorsa entrerà a far parte del team HW e seguirà l'intero ciclo di sviluppo del prodotto, dalla raccolta dei requisiti alla progettazione, test, validazione, certificazione e avvio della produzione in serie.
Principali Responsabilità:
Contribuire alla definizione dei requisiti di progetto e delle specifiche tecniche
Progettazione schematica e layout PCB, rispettando le linee guida dei produttori e le regole aziendali (selezione dei componenti, creazione di librerie, analisi costi BOM, valutazione dei vincoli meccanici, conformità normativa)
Pianificazione ed esecuzione di test di laboratorio (funzionali, caratterizzazione, affidabilità e pre-conformità)
Specifiche e progettazione delle postazioni di test per la produzione di massa, con ottimizzazione dei tempi di test
Supporto ai laboratori esterni per la certificazione del prodotto
Collaborazione con ingegneri FW/SW per la specifica delle interfacce HW e il supporto durante lo sviluppo, dalla fase di bring-up alla validazione sul campo
Analisi dei materiali restituiti per identificare le cause di guasto e miglioramenti nel design/test
Qualifiche e Esperienza:
Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Elettronica o disciplina equivalente
5+ anni di esperienza comprovata in ambienti di ingegneria rilevanti
Esperienza in progettazione di circuiti elettronici, selezione componenti, schemi e layout
Conoscenza di design embedded digitale (microcontroller, periferiche, interfacce di comunicazione)
Esperienza con segnali analogici e conversione ADC/DAC
Progettazione hardware a bassa potenza, mixed signal, Sub-GHz e RF
Competenze di Design for Testability e Manufacturability, DFMEA e MTBF
Utilizzo di Altium Designer (schemi + PCB), PSpice e strumenti CAD/CAE simili
Gestione di integrità del segnale, interferenze elettromagnetiche e compatibilità
Utilizzo della strumentazione di laboratorio (alimentatori, oscilloscopi, analizzatori di spettro, generatori di segnale, camere climatiche)
Testing e validazione fino alla certificazione industriale di sistemi embedded RF a bassa potenza e mixed signal
Conoscenza di tecniche di test PCBA automatizzati (LabView) e programmazione firmware (C/C++) come plus
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
