We empower professional and institutional investors, banks, corporates and DLT foundations to invest in digital assets with complete trust, through our institutional‑grade security, expert personal service and regulated digital‑asset offerings.In Switzerland, Sygnum holds a banking licence and has CMS and Major Payment Institution Licences in Singapore, with regulatory presence in Abu Dhabi and Luxembourg.Below are the details for the Trade Operations Specialist position.About the roleAs a Trade Operations Specialist, you are a key part of the trading team – ensuring liquidity, collateral and exposure are managed seamlessly across crypto spot, crypto derivatives, FX and traditional assets. You maintain best‑in‑class daily operations while continuously improving post‑trade and liquidity processes in a 24/7 crypto trading environment.Your responsibilitiesOwn the post‑trade lifecycle across trading products and counterparties.Manage settlements, reconciliations and collateral flows to ensure accurate and timely completion of all post‑trade processes.Monitor and control exposure limits across counterparties and products to maintain trading capacity.Coordinate liquidity with trading counterparties in close collaboration with Treasury.Act as the central point of contact for Ops, Risk, Finance, Trading, clients and liquidity providers on settlement and exposure topics.Drive cross‑functional initiatives to strengthen post‑trade architecture and scale systems, controls and processes.Identify automation and tooling improvements to streamline post‑trade flows.Design and implement scalable operating models for liquidity management.Support new product launches by designing fit‑for‑purpose post‑trade processes.Your qualifications5+ years of experience in banking or trading operations, ideally in mid‑office or post‑trade roles.Degree in business administration, banking, finance or a related field.Deep expertise in settlements, reconciliations and exposure management across multiple asset classes.Proven track record of improving and automating post‑trade processes.Clear, calm communication skills under pressure and ability to build trust across teams.Professionalism and precision, ensuring stakeholders feel well‑supported.Confidence engaging directly with trading counterparties, clients and external stakeholders.Proactive mindset, anticipating needs and taking ownership of practical solutions.High standards of accuracy, responsiveness and stakeholder service in all post‑trade activities.Our offerAttractive combination of market salaries and entrepreneurial incentive scheme.Professional development via Mentoring and Buddy programs.One‑month fully paid sabbatical after five years of continuous employment.Additional informationSeniority level: AssociateEmployment type: Full‑timeJob function: OtherIf you are passionate about the potential of blockchain to shape Future Finance and your profile is a good fit for this position, please send us your CV today #J-18808-Ljbffr
