To expand ANTAES’ capabilities in FAT/SAT for equipment manufacturers in the pharmaceutical industry, we are recruiting 3 CQV Engineers. These roles will specialize in systems for Water for Injection, Isolators, and Fill & Finish equipment, enhancing ANTAES service offerings in these critical areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Pre-FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing), Pre-SAT (Site Acceptance Testing), and FAT with clients to ensure systems meet all specifications and requirements.
  • Review and validate P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) to ensure they are accurate and compliant with standards.
  • Verify certificates and ensure all components meet the required standards and specifications.
  • Inspect and verify piping dimensions and alignments according to design specifications.
  • Develop and write clear and concise validation protocols.
  • Execute SAT (Site Acceptance Testing) at client premises to ensure systems perform according to the final operational conditions.
  • Collaborate with project teams and clients to resolve any issues during the commissioning and validation processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in CQV activities, specifically with WFI (Water for Injection), purified water systems, Isolators or Fill&Finish equipments.
  • Strong understanding of P&ID, system validation, and commissioning processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to write comprehensive reports and protocols.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites, mainly in the Bern and Lausanne area (10% of the time).
  • Fluent in English and German or French.
