Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution. Manages and deploys internal end user technologies (e.g., SharePoint).Job Requirements:Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, iOS and Android Operating systemsFamiliarity with Microsoft Office suite, Google Apps,VoIPBasic server room knowledgeFluent German and EnglishTime management skillsExcellent communication skills (written & verbal)Ability to build & manage strong working relationships with end usersAbility to deliver at a high level, even when under pressure, when working both independently and also as part of a teamFriendliness, team-player skillsGood negotiation and training skillsAbility to translate business needs into IT termsOperating Company:Nobel BiocareEnvista and its family of companies (Envista) will not accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than directly from a candidate.
