Stellenbeschreibung
  • Führen Industrial Engineering Teams
  • Verantwortlichkeiten für alle drei Standorte (Olten, Kilchberg, Altendorf)
  • Leiten der Arbeitsgruppe (Säule) Focus Improvement (FI)
  • Kennzahlenauswertung des Bereichs Operations
  • Aufzeigen von Verbesserungsaktivitäten auf Basis von Kennzahlen und Analysen
  • Weiterentwicklung der Digitalisierung von KPI's in Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilung Digital Operations
  • Verantwortlich für die Datenqualität der Kennzahlen OEE, OLE, Produktivität, Ausschuss
  • Leiten und Koordination von Verbesserungsprojekten (KAIZEN) zur Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen
  • Verantwortlich für Definition und Umsetzung Shopfloor-Management (Produktion, Instandhaltung, Logistik)
  • Verantwortlich für Problemlösungs-Tools (KAIZEN, A3)
  • Erfassen von Leistungsdaten als Basis für Maschinenabnahmen, Budgetierungen und Kalkulationen
Qualifikationen
  • Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position (Industrial Engineering, LEAN-Management) in einem industriellen Herstellungsunternehmen
  • Erste Führungserfahrung
  • Erfahrung in der Lebensmittelbranche von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung und Weiterbildung in den Bereichen LEAN/TPM Management (z.B. LEAN Sig Sigma Black Belt)
  • Gute Kenntnisse bezüglich Problemlösung, Rüstzeitoptimierung und Change-Management
  • Flair für Produktionsabläufe und Zahlen
  • Technische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung
  • Abgeschlossene Lehre im Bereich Technik oder Lebensmitteltechnologie
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
