Job Description:

The Consolidation and Reporting Senior Manager will be responsible for providing accurate and timely reporting and analysis of group results and producing consolidated financial statements. As the primary point of contact for group subsidiaries, your mission will be to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results and management information that support decision-making across the business in accordance with group guidelines. This will include:

  1. Leading the group consolidation process, including review of the subsidiary reporting packages to ensure a high level of financial data quality.
  2. Supporting the maintenance, update, and enhancement of the consolidation and reporting systems, including roll-out to group entities.
  3. Participating in the preparation of periodic consolidated group financial statements and any related filings with regulatory bodies.
  4. Preparing key financial analysis for group purposes.
  5. Liaising with other group functions (tax, legal, treasury, etc.) as part of reporting activities.
  6. Supporting group entities with statutory compliance and reporting where necessary.

Join a major international organization on a 4-month contract to start as soon as possible.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have the following background and qualifications:

  1. Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in an international matrix organization.
  2. A bachelor's/master's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  3. Experience in consolidation in an international group.
  4. Strong analytical skills.
  5. High level of reliability and personal integrity.
  6. Some working knowledge of best-in-class consolidation and reporting software.
  7. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

This position offers the possibility to join an international and dynamic organization with a hybrid work model: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
