What you’ll do We provide insights into the exciting job of communications in a fast-paced environment. The student supports the head of corporate communications Switzerland in promoting strategic and operational communication initiatives with focus on employee communications. Your tasks will include : Holistic support for our Swiss communications team Writing editing and proofreading texts blog posts emails articles and newsletters Media Monitoring : Regular review of media coverage in Switzerland Social Media Management : Creating and posting on social networks Technical support : Uploading editing and publishing content using our Content Management System SharePoint etc. Video Production : Recording and editing short clips hosting / presenting Visualizing and presenting content and concepts in various programs such as Microsoft Sway PowerPoint etc. General project support (events media relations etc.) What you bring Master student (f / m / d) at a university or university in the field of journalism communication public relations economics or related degree programs. Computer skills : Mastery of MS Office Outlook and Excel. Knowledge of HTML or Web Publishing and CMS (Content Management Systems) Knowledge of image and video editing programs as well as production (e.g. Adobe Photoshop) are an advantage Experiences in writing texts blog posts (structure structure storyline) Social media affinity : experience in writing creating posting posts in social networks (LinkedIn Twitter Facebook) Experience in project management Language skills : Fluent German / Swiss German very good English skills - both spoken and written; French is an advantage Meet your team SAPs global communications are responsible for communicating with all stakeholders within and outside the company and positioning SAP as the worlds leading software supplier innovator technology leader and responsible company.
