Wir suchen ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung ein Senior Rails Software Engineer. Als Teil unseres Entwicklungsteams arbeitest du zusammen mit deinen Kolleg*innen aus Design und Projektmanagement an spannenden Webprojekten für unsere Kund*innen. Level: Senior Pensum: 60-100%
Standort: Zürich, hybrid
Deine Aufgaben
  • Als sehr erfahrener Engineer entwickelst du zusammen mit deinem agilen Team digitale Lösungen mit modernsten Frameworks
  • Du arbeitest aktiv am gesamten Software-Lebenszyklus mit – von der Analyse über Architektur, Implementierung, Qualitätssicherung bis hin zu Integration und Produktionsunterstützung
  • Du überprüfst Anforderungen und verstehst es, diese gegebenenfalls weiterzuentwickeln oder kritisch zu hinterfragen
  • Du stellst durch Reviews und andere geeignete Massnahmen sicher, dass die Ergebnisse deines Teams unseren hohen Qualitätsstandards entsprechen.
  • Du triffst langfristige Architekturentscheidungen und berücksichtigst dabei neben technischen auch kommerzielle und organisatorische Aspekte
  • Du förderst und forderst weniger erfahrene Ingenieure in deinem Team
Was du mitbringst
  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung (mindestens 5 Jahre) in der Entwicklung von Ruby on Rails-Anwendungen und gute Kenntnisse von SQL-Datenbanken.
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Benutzeroberflächen (JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, Responsive Design) gemacht und beherrschst Git oder ein gleichwertiges Versionierungssystem.
  • Du bist bereit, noch in diesem Jahr bei uns zu starten.
  • Du kannst dich sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch sehr gut verständigen.

Du kannst zusätzlich punkten, wenn du bereits Erfahrung mit Frontend Frameworks wie React oder Angular hast, Projekte in der Google Cloud oder/und mit Heroku umgesetzt hast und dich mittel- bis langfristig in Richtung Lead Developer oder Scrum Master weiterentwickeln möchtest.
