SENIOR TRUST OFFICER

Independent trustee company based in Switzerland and specialised in trust set-up and administration services.
Tasks- Manage a mixed portfolio of structures (such as trusts, investment companies, foundations, private trust companies) for internationally oriented clients and entrepreneurial groups.
- Develop working relationships with clients, intermediaries, and internal contacts to maximise client retention.
- Work directly with end-clients, their lawyers, tax advisers, bankers, accountants, registered agents, and other third parties to ensure the proper administration of the structures.
- Implement fiduciary solutions in cooperation with legal and tax advisors.
- Ensure financial and non-financial targets are met in order to maintain a sustainable fiduciary business.
- Participate in events as a speaker, if needed.
- Provide support to the Legal and Compliance Office.
- Stay up-to-date with the regulations and trends in the industry.
- Professional experience preferably in trustee companies with international clientele exposure, or, alternatively, experience in the private department of legal firms or wealth planning in banking institutions, joining a senior position.
- Strong knowledge of trust instruments, their application, and benefits.
- Good understanding of the relevant laws of the local jurisdiction.
- Excellent English language skills; knowledge of German is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills combined with an independent working style.
- Well-organised and ability to deal with conflicting demands under pressure.
- Outgoing personality and confidence to speak to end clients.
- Capacity to understand both clients' and our firm's needs.
- Team player, open-minded, and pragmatic.
- TEP member is a plus.
