In qualità di Responsabile del Portfolio Management, ti occupi del portfolio delle attività di sviluppo della Divisione Infrastruttura. Il portfolio è gestito in modo integrato su tutte le dimensioni, ovvero processi, sistemi e dati, e offre un quadro preciso dei progressi, dei rischi e dell’impatto delle attività. Come membro del team di leadership dell’area di sviluppo della divisione (I-DET), assumi la responsabilità per l’intero sviluppo della divisione e guidi il team dei portfolio manager.

Quello che puoi mettere in movimento.

  • Monitori e gestisci il portfolio di sviluppo a livello infrastrutturale e garantisci che sia gestito in modo integrato e a prova di revisione. In questo modo, assicuri trasparenza sulle risorse impiegate nei cluster di sviluppo e garantisci che i contributi agli obiettivi di impatto siano rappresentati nel portfolio.
  • Attraverso documentazioni e valutazioni semplici e comprensibili, puoi mostrare in qualsiasi momento lo stato dei portfoli ai diversi gruppi di interesse, in particolare alla direzione aziendale, e segnalare ulteriori potenziali di ottimizzazione e possibili rischi.
  • Insieme al tuo team, garantisci un supporto e una consulenza adeguata alle organizzazioni di implementazione e agli organi decisionali in materia di portfolio.
  • Promuovi, sviluppi e motivi il team di Portfolio Management, affinché i portfolio manager possano contribuire al successo dello sviluppo in un ambiente estremamente impegnativo con molti gruppi di interesse, lavorando con professionalità ed entusiasmo.
  • Come membro del team di leadership, sei co-responsabile della coordinazione complessiva, dell’orientamento strategico e del portfolio di sviluppo completo della Divisione Infrastruttura.

  • Con il tuo approccio empatico e coerente, metti al centro il portfolio di sviluppo orientato all’impatto e sei un partner affidabile per le aree aziendali e le organizzazioni di sviluppo. Riesci a mettere d’accordo esigenze e opinioni divergenti, assicurando un’adeguata considerazione dei vari gruppi di interesse.
  • Hai esperienza di leadership in organizzazioni di sviluppo e sei ben conosciuto con il portfolio management.
  • Le tue capacità di operare a livello di direzione aziendale, identificare temi critici e fornire raccomandazioni strategiche, così come l’esperienza nella gestione di attività di sviluppo completano il tuo profilo.
  • Idealmente, possiedi una laurea in economia, gestione aziendale, informatica o ingegneria con un master, oltre a una formazione mirata nel campo del management, che garantisce le tue competenze approfondite professionali.
  • Porti con te una conoscenza fluente del tedesco (scritto e parlato) e ottime conoscenze dell’inglese; la conoscenza del francese o dell’italiano sono un vantaggio.
