Responsabilités
  1. Encadrer et diriger une équipe de dix collaborateurs, principalement axés sur les applications, les projets et le développement, avec deux membres dédiés à l'infrastructure.
  2. Assurer la gestion de la roadmap technologique et des projets, en alignement avec les objectifs stratégiques de l'entreprise.
  3. Superviser l'utilisation et l'optimisation de l'ERP Sage X3, en veillant à ce que les processus soient efficaces et adaptés aux besoins de l'entreprise.
  4. Participer activement aux déplacements internationaux pour rencontrer des partenaires, des clients et des équipes locales.
  5. Collaborer avec les autres membres de la direction pour définir les priorités technologiques et les initiatives stratégiques.
  6. Assurer une veille technologique pour identifier les opportunités d'innovation et d'amélioration continue.
Qualifications
  1. Expérience avérée en tant que CTO ou dans un rôle similaire de direction technologique.
  2. Solide expérience avec l'ERP Sage X3, y compris la mise en œuvre et l'optimisation.
  3. Compétences démontrées en gestion d'équipe et en leadership.
  4. Excellentes compétences en gestion de projet et en planification stratégique.
  5. Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement international et à gérer des déplacements fréquents.
  6. Excellentes compétences en communication et en résolution de problèmes.
  7. Diplôme en informatique, en ingénierie ou dans un domaine connexe.
  8. Minimum de 10 ans d'expérience dans le domaine technologique, avec au moins 5 ans dans un rôle de direction.
  9. Capacité à inspirer et à motiver une équipe diversifiée.
  10. Esprit analytique et orienté vers les résultats.
