Description du posteAfin de soutenir la croissance de notre client, une fintech innovante basée à Genève, spécialisée dans la transformation numérique des services financiers et des solutions technologiques de pointe pour le secteur de la finance de marché, nous recherchons un expérimenté, capable de développer un réseau de partenaire et de conquérir de nouveaux marchés.
Responsabilités :
- Identifier, prospecter et acquérir de nouveaux clients, avec une stratégie de développement commercial proactive.
- Développer et entretenir un réseau solide de décideurs dans le secteur financier et technologique.
- Analyser les besoins des clients potentiels et proposer des solutions adaptées à leurs problématiques.
- Négocier les contrats et conclure les accords commerciaux en accord avec les objectifs de l'entreprise.
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes (marketing, produit, technique) pour aligner les offres commerciales aux attentes du marché.
- Représenter l'entreprise lors de salons, événements et conférences du secteur.
Profil :
- Minimum 10 ans d'expérience en tant que Business Developer ou dans un rôle similaire, avec une affinité pour les solutions technologiques et la finance de marché.
- Excellentes compétences en prospection et développement de nouveaux comptes.
- Grande capacité de négociation, force de conviction et esprit 'chasseur'.
- Très bonne présentation et aisance relationnelle avec des interlocuteurs de haut niveau.
- Forte appétence pour les déplacements fréquents et la rencontre de nouveaux prospects à l'international.
- Bonne compréhension des enjeux technologiques et des innovations dans le secteur fintech.
- Autonome, orienté résultats et motivé par la performance.
