The triple accredited (EQUIS, AACSB, AMBA) university offers a stimulating and well-equipped research environment with a large network ranging from start-ups, small businesses to large firms to engage in research. The new professorship in the School of Management will be invited to become part of our dynamic strategy group.ResponsibilitiesContribute to teaching at all levels, including executive education.Develop and lead research in strategic management with a strong publication track record in leading journals in the field (FT 50).Attract external research funding (e.g., SNF, InnoSuisse, industry collaborations).Contribute actively to the academic community and governance of the university.Collaborate with industry and maintain a strong international academic network.QualificationsProven expertise in key domains of Strategic Management.Internationally recognized and leading track record in research with multiple publications in top journals in strategic management.A pipeline of promising research projects and a strong international academic network.Ties with industry and excellent teaching skills on all levels, including executives.Profile and OpportunitiesAccording to our claim «From insight to impact» the future colleague should convey scientific knowledge to students and have a significant impact on theory and practice. Associate Professors are tenured and full members of our faculty with a path to full professorship.
