  • Tu es responsable de la mise en œuvre et de la coordination de projets complexes dans l'environnement SAP HCM, et tu conçois des solutions innovantes.
  • Le pilotage de la gestion des ordres et des demandes pour les spécialistes externes fait partie de tes missions principales, ce qui te permet d'assurer une collaboration sans faille.
  • Par l'analyse, le conseil et la réalisation de projets de moyenne à grande envergure, tu contribues activement au développement de la Poste et tu conçois des projets variés.
  • Tu optimises les solutions existantes par le biais du support, de la personnalisation et de développements ciblés, avec la possibilité d'acquérir une expérience de développement directement dans ton quotidien professionnel.
  • Ce faisant, tu conçois des solutions sur mesure qui répondent de manière optimale aux exigences fonctionnelles et non fonctionnelles, et qui contribuent au gain d'efficience.
  • En tant que plaque tournante technique, tu es la personne de contact numéro un pour les questions liées à Payroll et tu travailles en étroite collaboration avec les unités spécialisées Personnel et Finances afin d'obtenir des améliorations durables.
Ce que tu apportes
  • Une formation supérieure en économie d'entreprise ou une formation technique– idéalement complétée par une expérience dans le domaine des méthodes de travail agiles– constitue la base de tes qualifications.
  • Tu te distingues par une expertise technique de plusieurs années avec SAP dans le domaine des RH, en particulier avec Payroll ou avec SuccessFactors EC.
  • Tu parviens aisément à conseiller les personnes responsables dans les unités d'affaires et de fonction, et tu trouves des solutions efficaces et efficientes.
  • Une définition claire des priorités et une répartition équilibrée des tâches au sein de l'équipe sont pour toi une évidence.
  • Ta façon de travailler repose sur des valeurs telles que l'engagement, l'orientation solutions et la responsabilité individuelle.
  • Tu as de bonnes connaissances en français, de bonnes connaissances en anglais et des connaissances de base en allemand.
