Looking to shape the future of healthcare manufacturing? Step into this pivotal role with our client, a global CMO Proclinical is seeking a Production Operator to join a dynamic team in the biopharmaceutical industry. In this role, you will contribute to various production functions while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and cGMP quality standards. This position involves hands‑on production tasks, problem‑solving, and supporting team development. Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport. Responsibilities: Perform production tasks across different functions, adhering to safety and cGMP guidelines. Identify, interpret, and resolve deviations in production processes. Carry out production steps, including accurate documentation and calculations. Assist in onboarding and training new team members. Key Skills and Requirements: Background in chemical or biopharmaceutical education. Experience in pharmaceutical production as an operator, production technician, or similar role. Strong commitment to safety‑conscious work practices. Knowledge of process engineering principles. Proficiency in English; German language skills are a plus.
