Product Manager – Prévoyance

Le secteur Business Development de la division Private Banking a pour mission de contribuer au développement et au suivi d’une offre clientèle attractive et pertinente, aussi bien en ce qui concerne les produits et les services que la relation avec les clients Private Banking.

Vos missions principales :

  • gérer les gammes de produits sous responsabilité de la Division Private Banking, les services et prestations de prévoyance et de bancassurance,
  • assurer une veille concurrentielle et proposer des adaptations des gammes,
  • optimiser les revenus générés par les produits en proposant des adaptations de tarification,
  • soutenir la force de vente en concevant des actions marketing : analyses de données, publications, promotion et gestion de l’offre de services,
  • gérer les applications en charge de la tarification et piloter leurs évolutions,
  • piloter et participer aux projets en lien avec les services et les produits, contribuer à la conduite du changement.


Votre profil :

  • formation universitaire ou HES,
  • expérience dans le secteur bancaire ou les assurances ; des connaissances du domaine de la prévoyance privée,
  • expérience dans le Marketing, dans la gestion de gammes de produits et dans des projets de digitalisation,
  • très bonnes capacités analytiques, de structuration des idées et de synthèse,
  • sens du service et de la communication,
  • esprit critique et capacité à défendre ses idées devant la direction,
  • compétences avancées en production de présentations de qualité (Powerpoint),
  • parfaite maîtrise du français, très bonnes connaissances en anglais, l’allemand est un atout.
