Responsabilités
  • Tu es responsable du support technique et opérationnel ainsi que du développement de solutions de mobilité à la demande en étroite collaboration avec Gestion de produits.
  • Tu analyses et hiérarchises les exigences techniques et opérationnelles, que tu intègres dans la feuille de route du produit.
  • Tu coordonnes les interfaces entre les équipes de développement, l'unité Exploitation, les fournisseurs et d'autres partenaires internes et externes.
  • Tu garantis la scalabilité, la stabilité et la performance du produit et tu optimises les processus opérationnels.
  • Tu supervises et contrôles la mise en œuvre de nouvelles solutions techniques et opérationnelles, y compris les tests et le déploiement dans les unités d'exploitation.
  • Avec Gestion de produits, tu traduis les exigences du marché et de la clientèle en mesures techniques et opérationnelles.
  • Tu assures le monitoring des KPI techniques et opérationnels et encourages les améliorations continues.
Qualifications
  • Tu as suivi une formation supérieure ou une formation continue en économie d'entreprise ou en technique (université, EPF, HES), dans le domaine de l'informatique, des sciences de l'ingénierie, de l'informatique de gestion ou dans un domaine technique comparable.
  • Une formation complémentaire dans la gestion de produits ou de projets (p.ex. avec les méthodes Scrum, Agile) constitue un atout.
  • Une forte orientation service ainsi qu'une expérience dans la gestion de projets complexes à l'interface entre la technique et l'exploitation favorisent une mise en œuvre efficace et axée sur la pratique.
  • Tu as fait tes preuves en matière de collaboration avec les unités de développement et d'exploitation, afin de garantir une mise en œuvre sans heurts.
  • Des connaissances des plateformes numériques et des processus opérationnels dans le secteur de la mobilité sont un plus.
  • Tu as le sens de la communication, tu sais prendre en compte les exigences et les hiérarchiser, et tu as de l'expérience dans la gestion professionnelle des parties prenantes.
  • Tu communiques avec aisance en français et tu as de bonnes connaissances en allemand. Tu es également en mesure de t'exprimer en anglais.
