Über die Stelle:

Die IMP Quality Organisation Schweiz ist der Quality Partner für alle Produktionseinheiten (Drug Substance und Drug Product) und die klinische Verpackung der pharmazeutischen technischen Entwicklung in der Schweiz. Sie hat die Aufsicht für alle Qualitäts- sowie GMP relevanten Produktions- und Verpackungsprozesse von IMPs (Investigational Medicinal Products), die in klinischen Studien verwendet werden.

Der oder die perfekte Kandidat:in:

Als Mitarbeiter der IMP Quality Organisation Schweiz stellen Sie die Einhaltung und ständige Verbesserung der GMP-Compliance aller IMP Produktionsbetriebe am Standort Basel sicher. Die Aufgabe der Synthetic Molecules IMP Quality Gruppe umfasst insbesondere die Quality Oversight über die Synthetic Molecules Drug Substance und Drug Product Betriebe, sowie die dazugehörige QC Kontrolle.

Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Überprüfung und Freigabe von Dokumenten wie: Analysenmethoden, Methodenvalidierungen, Spezifikationen, Risk Assessments, Abweichungsberichte und Investigations, Change Control Records, Stabilitätsberichte
  • Erstellung von produktbezogenen Qualitätsvereinbarungen
  • Unterstützung der betreuten Abteilungen bei GMP relevanten Fragestellungen
  • Durchführung von Selbstinspektionen
  • Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Bereich der pharmazeutischen Entwicklung (Synthetic Molecules, Qualitätskontrolle oder Qualitätssicherung)
  • Kenntnisse zu cGMP und Qualitätsanforderungen, idealerweise für klinische Entwicklungsphasen
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office) - insbesondere der Umgang mit SAP, sowie anderen Qualitätsmanagementsystemen (z.B. Veeva)
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
