CONTEXT

We are looking for a Client Advisor to join our dynamic team in our Zürich Boutique

Your Mission

  1. Sharing our passion for Belle Haute Horlogerie
  2. Achieving monthly and yearly turnover targets
  3. Proactively develop action plan to recruit new customers and develop existing ones
  4. Building strong relationships with local and international clients
  5. Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by constantly going “above and beyond”
  6. Act as a brand ambassador in networking activities to generate sales opportunities
  7. Representing the Maison and its values inside and outside the Boutique
  8. Supporting vigorously all Boutique activities (incl. events and clients entertainment)
  9. Contributing to the general administration of the Boutique in daily operations such as After Sales Service, stock handling, client’s follow-up etc.
You Will Be Successful In The Role If
  1. You are a dynamic, passionate and a self-driven Salesperson who wants to be an ambassador of our prestigious Maison
  2. You are result-oriented, enthusiastic and ambitious, focused on quality service and willing to constantly improve on what has been achieved
  3. You are a true team player with strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal competences and empathy
The Required Talents We Search For
  1. Solid experience in Luxury Goods Retail with at least 5 years’ experience
  2. You are action oriented, assertive in negotiating and willing to close the deal
  3. You hold a very good general education and sense for local and international etiquette
  4. You have proven success and experience in luxury retail or hospitality
  5. You are an excellent communicator, able to develop a local and international clientele by constantly nurturing relationships
  6. You are organized and familiar with MS Office
  7. You speak German and English (a third language is a strong plus)
