Der Hauptsitz befindet sich in Haag (Schweiz), die Produktionszentren in der Schweiz, Malaysia, Rumänien und Taiwan.

Aufgaben:
  • Materialbewirtschaftung: Bestimmung von optimalen Losgrössen, kurze Wiederbeschaffungszeiten, Reservation von Teilen am Lager, Bestellvorschlagsbearbeitung
  • Bearbeitung von Bedarfsmeldungen sowie Auslösung von Fertigungsaufträgen für die Produktion
  • Evaluation von Fertigungsmethoden und Lieferanten in Bezug auf Qualität, Termin und Preis
  • Terminverfolgung, Einsatz des KANBAN-Systems, optimale Planung der Maschinenressourcen
  • Rechnungsprüfung und -freigabe mit Kontierung, Erstellen von Angeboten
  • Kontinuierliche Überprüfung und Anpassung von Stammdaten
  • Operativer Einkauf von Roh- und Hilfsmaterial
Voraussetzungen:
  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Produktions- und/oder Materialplanung oder eine vergleichbare Position im industriellen Umfeld
  • Kenntnisse der bekannten ERP/MRP-Systeme (SAP, D365)
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit, eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und motivierte Persönlichkeit
  • Gute MS Office Kenntnisse (Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Word)
  • Gute schriftliche Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch
