Responsabilidades principais:

  1. Realizar testes físicos de camada metálica eletrodepositada.
  2. Preparação e inspeção de amostras: Preparação de banho de galvanoplastia; Galvanização ou eletrodeposição de metais; Medição de espessura usando XRF; seção transversal de metal; inspeção de superfície com microscópio óptico (experiência em microscópio eletrônico é um diferencial).
  3. Análise do banho de eletrodeposição: Titulação de íons metálicos em solução aquosa, método UV-vis, análise IR, conhecimento de HPLC ou ICP é um diferencial.
  4. Organizar envio de amostras.
  5. Adaptar condições de teste ou configurar novos testes ou novos métodos de teste.
  6. Seguir solicitações de trabalho.
  7. Coletar e compilar dados de testes.
  8. Analisar resultados obtidos / Escrever relatórios.
  9. Comunicar os resultados aos engenheiros.
  10. Gerenciar infraestruturas de laboratório: Responsável pelo equipamento (configuração, manutenção, procedimentos, segurança).

Requisitos mínimos:

  1. Preferencialmente um diploma ou CFC ou Bac+2 em Ciência dos Materiais, Ciência Mecânica, Física ou Química de laboratório.
  2. Pessoa rigorosa e organizada.
  3. Experiência em segurança de laboratório.
  4. Conhecimento em informática com boa experiência no ambiente Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  5. Boas habilidades interpessoais e espírito de equipe.
  6. Boas habilidades de comunicação.
  7. Independente e proativo com supervisão mínima.
  8. Fluência em Alemão e Inglês é essencial.

Este é um papel sob um contrato de terceiros, onde você trabalhará ao lado da equipe dinâmica da DuPont em vários projetos desafiadores.
