As a key contributor, you’ll work at the forefront of validating cutting‑edge chip‑to‑chip link technologies and ensuring their performance, reliability, and interoperability across diverse systems. Responsibilities Conduct validation of high-speed semiconductor devices at the protocol and system levels. Debug PCBs and integrated circuits, identifying signal‑integrity or functional issues. Develop automated test scripts and supporting software to enhance validation workflows. Collaborate closely with architecture, digital design, and analog teams to align test plans with product requirements. Support customers and field engineering teams during design, certification, and system‑level debugging. Build and maintain product demonstrations for customer engagements and industry events. Document validation results, test methodologies, and repeatable procedures. Qualifications 5+ years of relevant experience validating high-speed integrated circuits. Strong proficiency with lab instruments such as oscilloscopes, logic/protocol analyzers, and other high-speed measurement equipment. Background working with SerDes, USB3/USB4, PCIe, or similar high-speed communication protocols (highly beneficial). Experience in system‑level validation and interoperability testing. Skilled in debugging hardware, including PCBs and ICs. Familiarity with DDRx memory validation. Experience supporting or collaborating with large OEMs (preferred). Understanding of industry standards, compliance tools, and protocol test suites. Programming experience in Python or another object‑oriented language (preferred). Strong communication skills, self‑motivation, and the ability to thrive in cross‑functional, fast‑paced environments. Nice to have: exposure to semiconductor test flows or embedded software. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
