PMO Consultant

We are seeking a skilled PMO Consultant to provide project management office (PMO) support for one of our clients.

The candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining project management standards, processes, and governance across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement PMO processes and standards to support project delivery.
• Provide guidance and support to project managers and teams on best practices and project management methodologies.
• Monitor project performance, including tracking progress against plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and communication to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Support change management initiatives, particularly those related to ERP and automation within supply chain operations.
• Work with internal and external teams, including multiple vendors, in a multicultural environment.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in a PMO role, particularly within the Food Industry or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong understanding of automation in manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Expertise in ERP and supply chain management processes.
• Experience working in a multi-vendor, international, and multi-cultural environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Based in France, near Geneva, and willing to be on-site at least 4 days per week.
• Fluent in French.
