Responsibilities

  1. For a private investment office in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced Fund Controller.
  2. Periodic investment valuations with detailed reporting, analysis, and recommendations.
  3. Preparation of periodic management and board reports, including detailed analysis of the results.
  4. Track and verify transactions within the entities.
  5. Management of the investment structures, including setting up/liquidating investment vehicles.
  6. Yearly audits of investment vehicles with external auditors.
  7. Liaise with all relevant internal and external stakeholders, such as the investment team, auditors, authorities, etc.
  8. Various projects to optimize and develop existing structures and processes.

Profile

  1. Several years of experience working in controlling in the financial industry.
  2. Knowledge of fund controlling and investment finance.
  3. Bachelor's or master’s degree is required.
  4. English is a must, German is a plus.
  5. Excellent Excel skills required.
  6. Independent work attitude with a detail-oriented mindset.
