Job description Support experienced project managers in planning and executing retail construction projects. Independent handling of construction administration: budgeting, cost control, tendering, contracts, construction insurance, and permit procedures. Review of design, approval, and construction drawings as well as relevant working documents. Coordination of construction realization and organization of project handover, including defect checks and commissioning. Ensuring integration of IT and security requirements according to brand standards. Placing orders and tracking deliveries. Monitoring maintenance and renovation work in existing boutiques. Maintaining and further developing internal guidelines and material samples. Communication and collaboration with external architects, engineers, contractors, and the local Swatch Group project management teams.
